Rank found that the customers at their G Casino’s didn’t like to change the games they played. At the root of this behaviour was a reluctance to step outside comfort zones or to ask for help learning new games (we can all be a bit shy sometimes). So to get people to try something new we created digital touchscreens that allowed them to explore the full casino offering. Customers could use gaming tutorials and even check out upcoming concerts without any sense of awkwardness.
