Engel and Völkers are a German powerhouse. Over the years they had grown into a high-end property company, regularly selling homes for millions. The trouble was the brand hadn’t really grown with them. So to help them expand and recruit more franchise holders they briefed us to bring them up to date. We developed a contemporary look and feel with a broader appeal. We followed this up with a series of sub-brands that helped define their full offering – which covered everything from yacht brokerage through to sourcing art. The refresh helped them successfully grow throughout Europe and launch in the US.

 

After refreshing the main Engel & Völkers brand we were asked to create a new offering to appeal to ultra high net worth individuals. We created a brand with a sense of discreet luxury – producing concepts for their Mayfair office and developing a look and feel that sat alongside the mother brand.
